How do I exchange/return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange/return.
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the exchange/return request is approved.
• Product must be returned to receive an exchange/refund.
• Once product is received an exchange/refund will be issued.

What items are exchangable/returnable?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or a full refund on the purchase price within 14 days. Product must be returned to receive an exchange/refund. Subject to change.

• Only products purchased on Poutee.store may be exchanged/returned.
• Items purchased from another retailer are not eligible for an exchange/refund.
• Items of the same price, excluding any discount, may be exchanged.
• Any products that are nearly empty, or filled or tampered with other products are not exchangable/refundable.
• Sets and kits must be complete to be eligible for an exchange or return.
• Items that have been damaged or lost from personal usage such as dropped, stolen, spilled, etc.—are not exchangable/refundable.
• Free gifts or promotional items are not exchangable/returnable.

Are there any charges for exchanges/returns?

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• There is no charge for exchanges/returns within 14 days of receipt of your shipment for the US lower 48 states. Otherwise, customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Subject to change.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
