The 600 Mg is ok for mild soreness but the 1200 Mg is much better. However, the 2400 Mg works best with the arthritis in my knee.

My starter kit arrived a week ago but I’ve actually been using the product for over 4 weeks now since my son left his during a visit. I purchased the 2400mg CBD oil to test it out on my boyfriend. He suffers from severe and chronic back pain due to a spine disease, disc degeneration and muscle tears. It has been nearly impossible to find products that take the edge off of his constant pain but he, thankfully, loves this oil! It works great on its own but also in addition to his other oral supplements (it really packs the extra punch he needs to keep moving). This oil also helps me with general shoulder and neck tension. I received the starter kit as a gift. This is my first time experimenting with CBD oil and I am truly impressed. I've always been curious about CBD oil in helping in my recovery after hard workouts (and whenever I felt my muscles just aching in general). I was honestly a little hesitant to try this product, but I am very impressed. I value clarity and transparency (especially when it comes to products on my skin because I'm very sensitive) and seeing all the ingredients laid out clearly was smart and helpful. Additionally, I'm glad that the ingredients were very familiar. I wasn't sure, but are the ingredients all organic as well? I was surprised by how minty it was but I like mint. I've only really used it when my muscles are really sore so like a day after working out, not directly after. I can definitely feel a difference when I’m in pain. If I'm not in pain it feels like a nice cool oil. When I’m in pain it’s like a shot of heat.
