Important information for the Hot & Cold Pain Relief product:

Directions: Remove cap from tube and install into the Poutee applicator. Shake well before each use. Twist applicator to open position, squeeze desired amount, and twist applicator to close position to avoid leaking. Massage gently on to problem areas. Repeat as necessary up to 3 to 4 times a day. Wash your hands after application.
